The interview process was long and quite extensive, but I understood why they structured it that way. I was asked to cite APA references for one of my answers. There were about five to six people interviewing me, and some interviews happened on different days.

After an initial recruiter screen, there was a lengthy interview with the recruiter. A couple of weeks later, I had a video interview with an RN from the team, which was very informal and pleasant. A few days after that, a third phone interview was scheduled with another team member, also very informal and pleasant. The whole process was not intimidating and fairly laid back.

I had a phone chat with HR first, and then about two weeks later, I did a video interview with some regional team leads. The video interview was kinda awkward - both team leads were at home, one was in a hoodie and kept apologizing because her dog was barking. They were nice and answered my questions, but it didn't feel super serious. I never heard back after that, even after emailing the recruiter twice. My suggestion: even for a video call, treat it like an in-person interview with how you present yourself (dress, noise, etc.)
