The process was easy and straightforward, very efficient and friendly. The recruiters were helpful and efficient. The interview had 3 stages all within one zoom call. First, I spoke with the recruitment manager, then someone in a similar role, and finally an office manager. It involved some role-play and competency-based questions.

It's a lengthy but very organized hiring process that moves fast, with about 5-6 parts. First, a phone interview, then a video chat with the potential manager. After that, a take-home assignment with scenario-based questions. This is followed by a 30-minute panel interview with 5 people who ask about different competencies. They'll also ask for 2-3 references to check your character. If you get through all that, there's a final phone call about the offer letter. You also need to be COVID vaccinated before starting.

Behavioral Technical Coding Case Presentation

I saw an opening for a management job thanks to an alum contact and within two weeks I was on a phone interview with someone who would become my colleague. The questions were pretty standard, covering things like teamwork and how to reward employees. Then I had another phone interview with her boss, who asked more of the same, plus a brain teaser. About a week later, an admin picked a date three weeks out for the final interviews at their NYC office. It was a long day from 10am to 3pm with no lunch, just water. I met with local team members one-on-one, had another phone interview, and then a video panel with people at HQ in San Francisco. It seems like a good place for new grads, as most people were in their 20s and early 30s, and they promote from within. But I'm not sure they'd be open to seasoned professionals who have different opinions.
