The company seemed pretty disorganized and messy, like everyone was stressed and there wasn't a clear structure within the team. The project itself wasn't too hard, pretty easy to do. They ended up interviewing me with a few different brands to see where I'd fit best.

The hiring process took about 5 months and involved interviews with three individuals: a recruiter, the VP of Design, and the VP of Merchandise. A few months after I started, they offered me a role assisting another brand within the company, which I accepted. This required an interview with another VP. However, they didn't inform me beforehand that this would be a trial period, and later they fabricated a reason for it. I found the company to be quite disloyal.

Behavioral Presentation

I was emailed by the Director of Talent Acquisition to set up the interview. Then I interviewed with the DTA and a Sr. Designer, and they were really welcoming and informative. The Q&A in each interview was pretty direct and fluid, lasting about an hour each. After that, I had to complete a detailed project to present to the CMO and SVP of Design, along with my portfolio. The whole process was really positive; the interviewers seemed genuinely interested in learning about me and my skills, as well as explaining the expectations and opportunities at the company.
