I was emailed by the Director of Talent Acquisition to set up the interview. Then I interviewed with the DTA and a Sr. Designer, and they were really welcoming and informative. The Q&A in each interview was pretty direct and fluid, lasting about an hour each. After that, I had to complete a detailed project to present to the CMO and SVP of Design, along with my portfolio. The whole process was really positive; the interviewers seemed genuinely interested in learning about me and my skills, as well as explaining the expectations and opportunities at the company.

So the interview process went pretty well, at the time I was interviewing for the position. I first interviewed with someone from the talent recruiting team and then after that, I was brought on to interview with 2 members of upper management at the same time. That interview was for about an hour or so. After that, they explained to me that I would need to interview with the CFO of the company since the position was to be an Allocator, but then they ended up changing their minds and hired me instead of having that third interview.

The interview experience was quite negative due to the interviewer's rude demeanor. She questioned my fashion industry experience while simultaneously stating they needed someone like me. Her scoffing at my answers was off-putting, especially since the recruiter had mentioned a salary cap of 52K for a role that demanded the work of three positions. Given the attitude, I expected better compensation, so I declined further interviews.

First interview was on the phone with HR. After some email exchanges and being passed around, I had an in-person interview. They asked me to be available immediately for this in-person interview. The interviewers were cold, but I felt it went well. I never heard back, even after trying to reach HR. It was rude considering we spoke multiple times on the phone and met in person. I would never recommend this company.
