Behavioral Case Presentation

I had an initial chat about my resume, and then I came back for a second interview. That second interview was really long, like 8 hours with an employee. It involved going out and doing door to door sales. They showed me this sheet about how to move up in the company, but it didn't look very professional. A big part of those 8 hours was trying to look at customer's ComEd bills to suggest they switch. I later found out online that these companies sometimes promise low rates but then increase them after a few months. They did offer me the job in the end, but I turned it down.

Behavioral

The interview process was pretty straightforward and not overly challenging. The interviewers were friendly and polite, focusing on getting to know me on a personal level and discussing my resume. They offered me a second interview, but I chose not to proceed because I felt I wouldn't be a good fit with their company culture and job outlook.

It started with a quick in-person interview where they got to know me. At the end of that, I was asked to come in for a second interview where they explained compensation, pay, and general job roles. I got an offer three days later.
