The people seemed nice, fun, and chummy. I was in for about 20 mins. I was asked some basic first interview questions and then they explained what they do. I was immediately asked for a second interview. You should come in with questions for the interviewer, though.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I had an initial chat about my resume, and then I came back for a second interview. That second interview was really long, like 8 hours with an employee. It involved going out and doing door to door sales. They showed me this sheet about how to move up in the company, but it didn't look very professional. A big part of those 8 hours was trying to look at customer's ComEd bills to suggest they switch. I later found out online that these companies sometimes promise low rates but then increase them after a few months. They did offer me the job in the end, but I turned it down.

Behavioral

The interview process was pretty straightforward, starting with a phone call and then moving on to three in-person meetings. They provided an overview of the company, though I wasn't aware beforehand that it was a door-to-door sales business. Overall, the team felt very cohesive and supportive, like a family.

Behavioral Other

There were two interview processes. The first one was short, about 5-10 minutes. If you passed that, you went to the second round, which was much longer, about 5 hours, and included going out to the field.
