They really value practical exercises that mimic job tasks like using Excel and Ppt. The process starts with submitting your CV and cover letter. Then, you do a 5-hour Excel and Ppt exercise remotely. After that, there's an interview with the team. The recruiter team is really supportive, keeping you informed at each step and setting clear expectations about both the interview and the job details. They also communicate interview feedback quickly.

The interviewers were really friendly and made me feel comfortable, which helped me relax and answer questions confidently. It felt like I had enough time to think through my answers without feeling rushed, allowing me to give detailed and well-considered responses.
- Can you tell me about a time a project you were leading got derailed and how you managed the situation?
