This process is super easy. They'll always let you know what's coming up next and what they expect, so you're never caught off guard and always know what you need to do.
- Why did you decide to apply for this position?
Software Engineer
The whole application process took about three months. I went through roughly three rounds of interviews, both phone and in-person. The in-person part was pretty intense, lasting four days in Kigali, Rwanda. I was given a take-home challenge to complete within three days, and then I had to present it on the fourth day. It was an interesting experience, including a pair programming session with some software engineers from one acre fund. The final decision was made after I returned to my home country.
- Can you describe how you would integrate Unit tests and Integration tests into a project?
Software Developer
The interview process involves presenting a problem the company is facing and asking for your proposed solution. This solution is then used to re-advertise the job, seeking more opinions or solutions, and this cycle continues, with the role being advertised for up to 5 years.
- Given problem X, what is your proposed solution?
