Applied and got an interview the next day, then was rejected the day after. It seemed like the job was already promised to someone, or HR is extremely efficient. I had a phone interview for a role in Kenya while based in the NYC branch. The interview felt unprofessional, almost like they were just killing time. They asked irrelevant questions and expected me to complete a case study on the phone with only two minutes to prepare.

You start with a Plum test, which includes some cognitive and personality mapping questions. After that, there's a recruiter call. If you pass that, you'll have an interview with the hiring manager, which includes an exercise. You'll then have a second interview to go over the exercise. This is usually followed by a final panel round, and then an offer.

9 rounds over two months, terrible scheduling and gaps between interviews, lots of leading on, rejection after three weeks wait at final stage—awful recruitment experience, ironically, for the HR team position
