Behavioral

It was a pretty standard interview. They asked standard HR questions. It wasn't an experience-driven interview, more behavioral questions using the STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result). These questions don't really show a candidate's qualifications, they just seem to check if you've read a lot of online interview questions.

Behavioral Technical Other

First, I had a phone screen, and then I went in for an in-person interview. I met with an HR recruiter, a CSM, and a Director for about an hour. It was a pretty relaxed environment with basic interview questions. They said they'd let me know via email how they'd move forward.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online. Then I got a request for a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty standard. They asked about my past jobs, my education, what I know about OnCourse, more about the specific role and what it entails, my salary expectations, and they finished with questions from me and an idea of when to expect next steps. After that, I had an in-person interview. This one was also standard. I met with a director, a manager, and someone from HR. They asked about my experiences and threw in a few technical questions. It was a really nice and casual interview.
