Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Onco360.
Pharmacy Technician
The whole thing took about two weeks. First, I talked to a recruiter on the phone. Then, I had an in-person interview on site. This second interview was about the company, what they do, and my experience.
- Can you share your experience?
Pharmacy Technician
The company seemed to have some interesting roles in a specialized field, and communication throughout the interview process was quick. However, the position I applied for felt like it might have been a 'ghost job,' meaning they advertised it without a real intention to hire. After completing the interview stages, I was told they were moving forward with other candidates, but I didn't get any specific feedback on how my qualifications didn't align with their needs. It was discouraging to feel like the role might not have been a genuine opening after putting in time and effort.
- What aspects are important to you in a job?
Pharmacist
I had a first call with the recruiter, then a virtual chat with the hiring manager. The manager said I'd hear back within a week, but I haven't heard anything back yet, not even a rejection. Super unprofessional.
- What interests you about this company?
