Pharmacy Technician
The company seemed to have some interesting roles in a specialized field, and communication throughout the interview process was quick. However, the position I applied for felt like it might have been a 'ghost job,' meaning they advertised it without a real intention to hire. After completing the interview stages, I was told they were moving forward with other candidates, but I didn't get any specific feedback on how my qualifications didn't align with their needs. It was discouraging to feel like the role might not have been a genuine opening after putting in time and effort.
- What aspects are important to you in a job?
Benefits Specialist
They asked relevant questions concerning pharmacy tech claims processing and rejections. Also asked typical questions concerning pharm tech experience overall. If you do not meet the goal once training is over, you will be subjected to a 'Performance improvement plan'. They have 'ok' OJT training.
- Can you tell me about any rejections you've encountered in your previous pharmacy technician roles?
Sales
HR contacted me and I had an initial screen. After that, I had 3 more interviews over 2 months. First, a Zoom call with two managers, then phone interviews with other management team members. They mentioned my qualifications were unique. I was then contacted to schedule another interview, but heard nothing back despite following up. After 3 months, I got a generic email. It seems the process was dropped, which was very unprofessional.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in working with us?
Benefits Verification Specialist
I applied and heard back pretty quickly within a few days about a short phone interview. It was scheduled for the end of the week. I found out I got the job the following Wednesday. The recruiter was helpful and I was interviewed by the team leads I'd be working with. They asked a lot about my experience.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your experience with verifying coverage?
- Do you have prior experience in verifying coverage and eligibility?
