The interview was pretty easy and I was hired on the spot. They asked questions that didn't really matter and were easy to answer. The interviews happened back to back and the interviewer spoke negatively about another candidate who didn't get the job. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes.

After applying online, I went in for an interview and had to fill out a paper application, which was a throwback. I really enjoyed the face-to-face interview. The manager was super friendly and had a great personality. I got offered the position before I even made it home. A few days later, I went to orientation and got my start date.

You submit your application in store and then there's a group interview. 2 out of the 3 people were hired. The interview is pretty quick and feels more like a casual chat with friends, but make sure you don't just echo what others say. It's important to know at least one or two kid's clothing brands.

  • Could you tell me about your biggest weakness?
