Pretty simple, they were clear about what they wanted. They really wanted to get to know you as a person, not just professionally. Cultural fit was a big deal for this role. It felt like a solid process, and moving forward meant you were a good match.

The interview process involved a phone screening, followed by a first, second, third, and final fourth round interview. It was a very lengthy process, taking over 2 months. Ultimately, no offer was extended, despite being told multiple times I was qualified. Next time, I hope they can be more efficient and not waste 2 months if they believe someone is overqualified.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

The interview process started with a prescreening call. Then there were three virtual interviews. The second interview was with two Sales Development Team Leads. The third interview was with two to three Sales Development Team Leads and involved preparing and delivering cold call emails for three identified prospects, as well as a mock cold call. The final round was a virtual interview with the Sales VP, which also included informal meetings with current Sales Development Representatives. I made it to the third round. Throughout these interviews, the company reps were frequently late, and one manager had persistent camera issues. After a lengthy interview process and preparation, I received an automated rejection. I reached out to five contacts for feedback on my performance and reasons for declining, but received no response. The entire experience felt unprofessional, reflecting poorly on their business practices.
