Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at On.
Talent Acquisition Partner
Applied online and had a preliminary chat with an interim Recruiter. It was a pleasant conversation, not really a formal interview. The recruiter gave some info about the department structure that wasn't totally accurate, which I learned more about in the second interview. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager, which went well and was very focused on KPIs. I got a rejection email about a week later, and they offered a call to discuss it further if I wanted. It wasn't a terrible experience overall. (Note: The salary and benefits for this role weren't very competitive.)
- Can you tell me about your Key Performance Indicators?
- What are your main priorities in this role?
- Could you describe some of the projects you've worked on?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
The interview process was really organized. It started with a phone call, then moved to an on-site interview that lasted the whole day. We kicked things off with a 2-hour task, then had a break for lunch before a discussion afterwards.
- What are your motivations for seeking this particular position?
Senior Recruiter
I got a message on LinkedIn about a Tech Recruiter job to help set up a new tech team in Berlin. I had a screening call with a recruiter in Switzerland. They asked for my details for the next steps, but I haven't heard back since then.
- Can you describe your experience?
