The company is growing and has some interesting projects, but think carefully before applying if it fits your current work situation. It's a time-consuming process requiring significant effort. I had six interviews with six different people, and also a tough case study to complete over the weekend with a tight deadline. The interviews might seem casual, but you really need to be prepared and on your toes. Each interviewer has their own prepared questions, which can be challenging. A significant issue for me was that the interview content and focus didn't really match what was described as a priority in the job description. I often wondered if we were all talking about the same role.

The hiring process was quite drawn out, spanning nearly three months with significant periods of silence where I wouldn't hear back for weeks. I'd be sent a schedule to pick interview slots, only for those times to pass without any communication. This cycle would then repeat. The interviews themselves were tough, in a good way, with the questions and discussions. It took several follow-up emails just to get a general response that I didn't get the job. Overall, it wasn't a great experience, and it might reflect broader operational issues there.
