The interview process was fine, but I was really worried about the scope of the interview task. It involved several exercises and a presentation to prepare, and it took 2 full days to complete. I had to cut corners because it was an unpaid interview task. This made me feel like they don't value people's time, as you can tell someone's ability with just one exercise, and there's no need to make them work for two days for free. It really showed the culture of the place, so I'm glad it didn't go anywhere.

I had to present my findings from that assignment to a panel, which included a Head of Product, a Senior Designer, and a Senior Engineer. Finally, I interviewed with the VP of Product.
