The interview process started with an initial phone call with the Talent Manager. This was followed by a first proper interview with two team members. Then, there was a written task consisting of 4 questions, and finally, a concluding interview with the team manager. I really liked the interview process at this company; they were great with managing different time zones. Everyone seemed genuinely interested and gave a friendly vibe. The chat with my potential future colleagues was especially nice, and we had a good laugh. They asked questions to really get to know me.

Behavioral Technical

I went through 3 stages. The first was an intro to the company, checking my availability, and asking general questions. Then, I was given a short exercise to see how I'd solve a problem. The second interview was with two team leaders, focusing on personality and mindset, just being myself. Finally, I interviewed with the head of the department, who also gave me an exercise. The whole process was smooth, and communication was efficient. It took about 2 weeks.

Behavioral Technical Case

It was a three-part interview process. First, a chat with the Recruiter. Then, an interview with a Customer Success Manager from the area. Finally, a meeting with the Head of Global Operations. Pretty standard stuff, really. Mostly asked about my background, what I'm good at, and why I want to be part of the company's mission. There was also a written test that I had to complete and pass to move on to the next stage.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • In the test, you had to answer 4 open-ended questions about how you'd handle certain situations.
  • The questions were all related to customer success.
  • Some questions also touched on improving processes and operations best practices.
