The interview process took 3 weeks. There were 3 panel rounds, and then they ghosted me. I was expecting at least an email for rejection or feedback from HR after 4 rounds of interviews. I followed up with HR but they didn't even respond. That was disappointing.

It was a good 2-step interview with the hiring manager. I got to ask questions about the role and what they expect, and also had the chance to sell myself and explain why I'm a good fit.

I interviewed with Omnicell twice for Product Manager roles. The first time, the original recruiter wasn't available, but I had a good chat with the person covering for them. They mentioned setting up a meeting with the hiring manager. After that, there was just silence. I tried contacting the original recruiter again since I didn't have the replacement's info, but no luck. The second time around, I had another good conversation with the recruiter, and they set me up with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager went well, and they said they'd pass the feedback along to the recruiter. But again, very little response or contact from the recruiter. It feels like the recruiters at Omnicell don't really value candidates' time.
