Recruiter screened me for a Senior Analyst role, but then I had 2 x 1 hour interviews for the Senior role with Manager + VP, but they ended up giving me an offer for just an Analyst role. They tried to sway me with an additional 5K in basepay to take the Analyst role, even after I mentioned it was the specific responsibilities in the Senior Analyst role that were important to me. Don't waste your time with a company that doesn't respect your actual CV and career goals. (Also their offer letter contained a clause that said you must give 100% effort to the company during work hours. Unenforceable BS, and just a red flag for their work culture)

The process usually starts with a recruiter call to go over your experience, why you want this job, and practical stuff like when you can start and what you want to make. Then, you might have a few more interviews. These could be about how you act in certain situations, some technical tests, or case studies, depending on the job. The last interviews are usually with the people you'd be working with or your manager to see if you'd be a good fit for the team and company. If everything goes well, they'll tell you you got the job, and then HR will send a formal offer.

It was a 2 round interview process. The first round was with Managers, and the second round was with Directors and VP. Both interviews were very straightforward behavioral questions. The first interview also included a technical part with questions and a synchronous case study.
