The interview process started with a recruiter screening call (30 minutes) where we talked about the role, my background, and salary expectations. Then, there was a panel interview with the hiring manager and team. They asked me questions about my resume and experience, along with some scenario-based questions. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The beginning of the hiring process was good. The recruiting team was easy to talk to and gave me clear info about pay, benefits, and what to expect. I liked talking with them and learned a lot. But, after I did three rounds of interviews, they just stopped responding. I followed up a lot for months and heard nothing. Then I got an automated email saying they hired someone else. The start was great, but the ending was a letdown because they didn't close it out properly.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process had three parts. First, an HR call where they asked about my education, qualifications, and work history and gave me a job overview. It was a pretty chill chat, nothing tough. Then, a few days later, I got a case study about contract redlining, where I had to spot risks in a software contract. This was a hands-on task that fit the job. Finally, I had an in-person meeting with the hiring manager and two team members. They were cool and professional, and we talked about my past experience and how it connects to what this job needs. The chat was clear and to the point. After all that, though, I never heard back, not even an email. It felt a bit off given how much time I put in.

Behavioral Technical

After my application was initially rejected via email with no screening call, I got a surprise phone call 2 months later in early January. I was immediately phone screened on the spot at 5:30pm and then asked to come in for an in-person interview with less than 24 hours' notice. After that interview, I was instantly invited for a second round, which was scheduled for the very next day (a Friday) on the other side of town because the hiring manager was working from home. The second round was held at a cafe near the hiring manager's place, again with less than 24 hours' notice. The hiring manager said I'd proceed to meet stakeholders the following week. That didn't happen, and after no feedback or scheduling for the next stage that week, I was told the role was 'on hold' with no explanation. While I get that budgets can change, the entire experience was disorganized and frankly, a bad look for the company.
