Process Executive
Overall, it was a good experience. For the Process Executive AR role, they require good verbal and strong command in English. They ask you to fill out an online profile form. After that, there's a simple online verbal and non-verbal assignment, followed by a final interview. If you're selected, the joining process begins.
- Your verbal skills must be good.
- They required an employee for the night shift, from nearly 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
Process Executive
The interview process is pretty simple. You need to speak English well and know some basic math. It's an average difficulty for a fresher job. I'm not sure about the difficulty for more senior roles. Other than that, it's a great and well-known company. If you get hired, you'll have chances to work with clients from other countries.
- Would you be comfortable working night shifts?
Process Executive
The interview process involves four rounds: a self-assessment, an HR interview, an exam, and a Versant test. You need to clear all four rounds to receive an offer letter.
- What is inpatient care?
- What is outpatient care?
- Can you explain calculation?
