First up, there's an initial HR screening, just a quick call with the recruiter to chat about what you're looking for career-wise and what you've done. Then, you'll have to take a written/aptitude test, which seems like a big one, with most folks reporting they had to do it. It covers medical terms, anatomy stuff like the heart system, and basic coding. After that, there's a technical interview, could be in person or online, where you'll really get into it with the hiring manager about rules, ICD-10/CPT coding, and clinical notes.

Technical Case

It was a three-part hiring process: an assessment, a technical interview, and an HR interview. The initial assessment was straightforward, but the technical part was quite challenging and lasted for two hours. The entire process took about a month to conclude. The salary package offered wasn't very high, and it was project-based hiring.
