The company uses titles like 'Management Trainee' and 'entry level business executive' to disguise a 100% commissioned door to door sales job for Verizon FIOS. I was contacted via Career Builder. The first interview was basic, asking about me and my interests, but they were evasive about the job details. I got a second interview the next day where they revealed the job: selling Verizon FIOS door to door on 100% commission, using my own car (no gas/mileage reimbursement) in VA, DC, and MD. No benefits were offered. The hours were long: unpaid morning 'meetings' followed by sales until 8 PM, Monday-Saturday. They projected $600-800 weekly earnings after a 4-week entry period (earning $200-400/week), before expenses, with potential for zero income in a bad week. The final interview was with the CEO, Yasmine, with more basic questions. I was offered the job but declined due to the minimal net income after expenses like gas and health insurance. I also noticed they were scheduling more interviews for the next week despite saying they were only hiring one person, suggesting high turnover.

This was the quickest first round interview I've ever had, about 15 minutes long. It was very direct and efficiently filtered candidates for the management program. They mentioned there are 3 interviews total, with each round going deeper into the program's details. It started with a recruiter reaching out, then an interview with the CEO. I got a call back for a second interview, which was nice. It seems like a great place to work, but the job itself isn't what I'm looking for, so I politely declined to continue.

The interview process was quick and informative, broken down into three rounds. The first round was a one-on-one with the president/CEO who shared background on the company and its operations. If there was a mutual fit, they'd invite you back for a second round. This second round went into full detail about the position and daily tasks, including compensation. After the second round, you'd fill out a questionnaire and have a final interview with the president/CEO. The overall environment felt super friendly and upbeat.
