Applied online and heard back a few weeks later with some initial questions. After researching the company, I decided to move forward. I had a quick 15-20 minute chat with the President/CEO, Yasmine, asking basic get-to-know-you questions. Later that day, I was invited back for a second round. This involved another 1-on-1 interview with a junior staff member, observed by someone else. More personal questions were asked, and the job details, including pay and career progression, were explained. This part took about 1-1.5 hours. I got an offer two days after that.

Behavioral Presentation

The best part about this place is how fast they move. They called me back within 48 hours after I sent my resume and then I had an in-person interview. I did some checking online before the interview because their website isn't very helpful, so I had a lot of questions. During the interview, they gave me a quick rundown of their daily tasks and we swapped questions. After that, they asked me to come back for a shadowing experience where I'd follow someone for a day to see what their job is really like. That's where it all went wrong for me. We spent the whole day outside in the cold, going door-to-door, trying to get other businesses to switch to their service. Turns out, you're not a consultant, you're a door-to-door salesperson.

The entire interview process spanned approximately one week and involved two distinct stages. It began with a phone screening, followed by the first round interview conducted by the CEO, which lasted about 15 minutes and focused on basic questions about my interests and career aspirations. The second round, a comprehensive one-and-a-half-hour behavioral interview with a senior salesperson, delved into job specifics, compensation structure, and career advancement opportunities. In some cases, this second round might include a "shadowing" component where candidates are taken to the field.

This was the quickest first round interview I've ever had, about 15 minutes long. It was very direct and efficiently filtered candidates for the management program. They mentioned there are 3 interviews total, with each round going deeper into the program's details. It started with a recruiter reaching out, then an interview with the CEO. I got a call back for a second interview, which was nice. It seems like a great place to work, but the job itself isn't what I'm looking for, so I politely declined to continue.
