Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was good and the hiring managers made me feel relaxed and at ease, I was able to open up and show my passion. First stage was with two hiring managers, where I was asked general questions about myself and my background. Second stage involved presenting a task given to me prior. Both stages went perfect, I was convinced this would be a suitable entry level position. After waiting over a week, I was told I was unsuccessful because I didn't ask questions at the end, which baffled me as I had a list prepared. They also said I wasn't experienced enough in social, which was confusing for an entry level role they promised to train up. I enjoyed speaking with the team and managers, but this assessment seems lazy and inaccurate. I'd recommend not advertising entry level roles, taking candidates through two stages, taking up their time, just to say they lack experience.

Technical Behavioral

It was a video call with the team responsible for the role. They jumped straight into technical questions without seeming interested in me, which might reflect the company culture. The questions were very specific, not trying to get a full picture of my knowledge.

  • Can you outline the process for addressing technical problems?
