The process began with an HR and Team interview, which served as initial filters. Following that, I interviewed with the Director and the Account Lead. The entire process was very agile and fast. They were always very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns.

The interview process started with an initial HR chat, followed by a meeting with the Business Director. The hiring process was quite fast, especially considering the pandemic, and everything was done remotely via Teams. However, when it came time to sign the final contract, the salary and my job title were downgraded compared to what was initially promised in the signed offer letter.
