I had a good chat with the team, they asked personal and unique questions. The hiring process took a really long time though. They said I'd hear back in a week, and even though I was still a strong candidate, I never got an update.

Senior Associate
Great Process! Can’t wait for my seconds screening call. Everyone I have talked to so far has been so lovely and helpful throughout this process including recruiters and the potential people who may be on my team if they hire me!
- Can you tell me about your experience that might be relevant for this position?
Associate
First, I had a phone screen with a recruiter, which went well. Then, I had a Teams interview with some team members. One person seemed really disengaged, like they just wanted it to be over quickly. Their questions and attitude made me feel like they had already decided I wasn't a good fit before we even started talking. It felt like a waste of time for everyone involved.
