The hiring process had distinct steps. First, HR reached out for a chat about the role, salary expectations, and my career path. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager. We talked about my past experiences in customer service, problem-solving, managing tasks, and talking with internal teams. We also covered typical Support job scenarios, like prioritizing tasks, dealing with customers, and looking into technical issues. The main goal was to check my communication skills, organization, analytical thinking, and how I handle customers.

A recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn. We scheduled a phone screen and an onsite interview. Unfortunately, I never got an update from the HR coordinator about an offer, which felt unprofessional, though I didn't follow up myself.

A recruiter reached out, and I applied a couple of months later. I had an interview that lasted about 2 hours, but it was definitely overplayed. The director was talking about things like how she wanted to say she worked at McDonalds. The second guy I had an amazing conversation with. The last lady was okay and sprang a test on me out of nowhere. All in all, the director and the last lady didn't even go over my resume before I interviewed. Kind of unprofessional.
