The interview process at Omada for this role was enjoyable. The Hiring Manager was great - personable, accountable, and communicated well/on time. Everything flowed smoothly. I was kept well-informed about the role's expectations, including both the good and the not-so-good aspects. I enjoyed meeting everyone involved, and each person I met has a direct impact on my success here.

I had a 30-45 minute Zoom call with the SVP of Operations for my initial interview. I sent a thank you email the next day and a follow-up two weeks later about an update. After two months of no communication, I got an inquiry for a phone screen with the same person from someone else in HR. I let them know I already spoke with the SVP and asked if they still wanted to chat. It's okay if I'm not being considered anymore, but the lack of communication and ghosting is a poor candidate experience.

The process was a series of interviews, starting and finishing with the hiring manager. The in-between interviews consisted of meeting with peers and collaborators on the recruiting team. The interviewing process went pretty fast. From first interview to offer was two weeks. In meeting with a variety of team members I was able to get a feel for company culture, the work that I would be doing, and who I would be working with on a day to day basis. I was able, and encouraged, to ask any and all questions I had about the role and Omada as a company.
