Manager
Thoughtful, engaging interviews! They really wanted to make sure I was the right fit and focused on outcomes. It was mostly a conversation and very friendly, wanting to understand my strengths and background in detail.

Manager
I went through several interview rounds. First, I spoke with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and after that, with people from other teams I would have been working with. Then, I had a take-home assignment to do and present it during my on-site interviews with other team members. Overall, the experience was okay, but I was surprised by the lack of diversity among the interviewers. All of the interviewers I met across the multiple rounds (more than 10 people, excluding the recruiter) were male and predominantly white.

Senior Manager
It took about 8 weeks from when I applied to when I got rejected. The process was super slow, and I actually got two other job offers in the meantime. For example, there were 4 rounds of interviews, and a 2-week gap between the 3rd and 4th. This whole thing made me less excited about the job. The long breaks between interviews meant I forgot stuff from earlier ones, so it was hard to keep the conversation going smoothly. Omada was also pretty disorganized with scheduling. For one interview, they told me the interviewer's name and what they did, so I prepped based on that. But then someone totally different showed up on Zoom. They were in another department and asked me about market research I'd done on the company, which I wasn't ready for. During the slow interview process, the recruiters didn't reply when I asked for updates. On my last try to connect, I wanted to let them know I had another offer and was withdrawing my application. But I never heard back, and then I got an automated rejection email a few weeks later. I really like what Omada Health does, but I wouldn't apply again soon because of how they handle interviews right now.
