Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at OLN.
Sales Manager
The interview was interactive, personal, and fun. They did a great job keeping in contact and explained every step of the process. The first person I spoke with explained everything about the position and company. I spoke to 3 people before getting the final offer.
- What makes you a strong candidate for this role?
Sales Manager
The interview process is pretty straightforward. Apply, if you meet the qualifications management is looking for then you will get a call back from the HR department. Times have changed, so much of the interview process is done through Zoom. The process fits the times and is well organized.
- Do you consider yourself to have a strong student mentality?
- How significant is personal and professional development in your career path?
- Do you thrive in a collaborative team setting?
Territory Sales Manager
The interview process was really quick and positive. I had a cold call first, likely with a recruiter, which led to the next round. Then, there was a 45-minute interview that was half Q&A and half about the role itself. I'm waiting to hear if I got the offer.
- Tell me about your biggest role model.
- What are your personal flaws?
