Technical Presentation

The first stage of the process was very positive. I had excellent communication with the HR team; they responded quickly to emails and showed a lot of professionalism. Later, they sent me a test to complete in a few days. However, the test was extremely extensive: they asked for many details, including a strategic plan with content, a marketing action plan, an event proposal, influencer collaborations... basically a complete plan equivalent to a month of work. I received good feedback on the test for the Social Media vacancy and had a positive interview with the team. However, after that, I simply received an automated email informing me they would not continue with my application, without any explanation or additional feedback.

The interview went well. We discussed workload, environment, and company culture. I felt I could handle the stress and workload, and they seemed to agree. However, their final offer didn't meet my expectations. Even though we didn't end up working together, the interviewer and I became friends afterward.
