Behavioral Case

The interview process involved a lot of questions about the company. They also asked many case scenario questions. The interview went smoothly, and the manager seemed interested in getting to know me. Ultimately, they rescinded the original offer and proposed a different position, which led me to decline.

Behavioral Technical

My interview process had three stages, and it was quite an interesting journey. It started with a chat with someone from HR, which felt more like a friendly conversation than a formal interview. We talked about my background, my interests, and what I was looking for in a new role. It was a great way to get a feel for the company culture and for them to understand what I could bring to the table. Next, I had a video call with two team members. This stage was a bit more focused on the specifics of the job and my skills, but the team members were very approachable and made me feel at ease.

Behavioral Other

setting up the first interview took ages, like a whole month, which makes me wonder if the agency has some efficiency issues. In the end, they weren't able to give an offer because the agency does not sponsor work visas in any of its locations. I wish they were clear and straightforward from the beginning to save everyone's time.
