It was pretty smooth, nothing too out of the ordinary. They were quite precise with their questions. Also, the feedback process was quick between interviews after submitting the application.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The hiring process was straightforward. It began with an HR call, then a promising interview with the internal team, and concluded with a client interview. Based on the initial interviews, I made travel arrangements for the final round. Unfortunately, the HR team suddenly ghosted me and ignored my calls when they couldn't provide a clear decision. After weeks of follow-up, I received a very vague and unreasonable explanation for not being selected.

Behavioral Technical

There were 2 interview rounds and a technical design test. The first was more of a chemistry check to understand my background and experiences and to see how I would fit within the team. I thought the process was really easy, relaxed, and engaging. The interviewer seemed to understand the ups and downs of the creative world and the challenges designers face. Overall, the experience and feedback were positive.
