It was an easy interview process that took place in the store with the store manager and the second assistant manager. It didn't take long and the questions were simple. I didn't have to prepare much for it.

Applied via Indeed, then on the company website. Went in the store and handed my resume to the Store Manager. I interviewed with her later that afternoon. 2 days later, I interviewed with the DM. I was hired the 3 days later. After completing BG check (longest part of the interview process), I was working there within 2 weeks. Super easy.

Behavioral Technical

I interviewed with my Store Manager first, and then I moved on to the District Manager (now called Market Leader). It was a pretty easy interview with standard questions. They asked me about my knowledge of the job, why I'm the best fit, and what skills I have that will help me succeed in the role. Some questions were behavioral, like 'tell me about a time when...'. Overall, I felt the interview process was quite easy since I was an internal candidate.
