Sales Representative
The interview was great. The interviewer was really nice and made it easy to talk. They were polite, listened well, and asked questions that showed they were interested in what I had to say. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would suggest it to others looking for a simple and professional interview. It was better than I expected and made me feel good about what's next.
- Tell me about your past sales experience.
Sales Assistant
I went to a group interview with two other people. There weren't many instructions, just to be there on time. When I arrived, I wasn't sure where to go, so I had to ask someone working there. They got the manager, who seemed a little annoyed to be interrupted. She took us to a room and asked us all some questions about whether we liked fashion and about our past experiences, like school or volunteering. We also had to write down when we could work. That was the whole interview.
- What's your work availability?
- Are you interested in fashion?
- Tell me about your experience with school, volunteering, or previous jobs.
Sales Representative
I applied online and heard back pretty quick, maybe a week or so later, for an interview the very next day. I went in and met the manager for a one-on-one. He asked some really straightforward questions and was super easy to talk to. At the end, he actually offered me a different job than what I applied for and asked me to come in for another interview. So I did, and we went over some of the same stuff. The second manager explained the options for the other job they offered, but the options didn't really work for me, so I wasn't sure what would happen. He did mention they still needed to do a background check, and then we could go from there.
- If I were to contact a reference you provided, what three words would they use to describe you?
