I recently had a group interview at Old Navy, and it was a really great experience. The process was very easy and not stressful at all. The manager was super nice and made everyone feel comfortable from the start. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, which made it easier to participate and share ideas. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciated how kind and professional the team was.

Behavioral

It was a really chill, not very serious interview, mainly just a few basic questions about you and then maybe some stuff about your past work and when you're free. The manager and assistant manager were there. The general manager didn't talk to me much directly, letting the assistant ask the questions while the general manager just listened.

It was a really great experience with the interview team. Everyone was friendly throughout the process, though it did take some time for them to follow up. The questions were good, and nothing felt overly challenging or unexpected. If you do your research and come prepared, you'll have no issues doing well in the interview with this team. Just make sure you have some good questions ready to ask them.
