Really kind people. Always willing to help. They definitely have your best interests in mind. I interviewed with seven who was a a fairly nice and social person. You could tell he was a dad with 6 kids. He liked talking about himself in the interview.

The interview process was easy and straightforward. It was an individual interview where they asked for background information and why I am the best fit, my previous work experience, and how I would deal with a random situation. The process took less than 20 minutes and I got the job immediately.
