After applying online and taking a Taleo test with what seemed like unrealistic questions, I got a call from the Assistant Manager a week later to schedule an interview for the next day. When I got to the store, they told me to wait and browse around because the AM was interviewing someone else, who turned out to be a temporary Sales Associate. Once that person finished, I had my interview right there on the sales floor by the entrance. It lasted about 15 minutes and started with 'tell me about yourself' and ended with 'do you have any questions for me'. It was an easy interview and she said she'd let me know in about a week. I got a call offering me the position two days later.
