I applied online for the store in Colorado Springs and the manager called me within a few days to schedule an interview. I wasn't told it was a group interview so that was a surprise. It was very unorganized. There were 5 of us interviewing and we all got there early so we were just standing around the store looking awkward. The interviewer was 15 minutes late. We went to the back room and sat at the break area. The interviewer asked us pretty generic interview questions and we went around answering. We were there for 2 hours just answering questions! I've never been to an interview that took that long. I missed an appointment because of it. The interviewer was very nice and made us feel at ease.

I applied online and got a call within a week. I went in for an interview with the hiring manager. They seemed really busy. The customers are often rude and difficult. They could only offer me about 20 hours a week and not great pay. You don't get any benefits unless you're a manager. Plus, you have to push cards and try to upsell customers. I applied for an inventory role, but they kept trying to put me in sales, even though I made it clear I didn't want that. It seems like a good place for younger people just starting out.
