First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Old Mutual.
Actuarial Analyst
It was a really smooth process. I had my first interview with the team, and they were super friendly. After that, they did a background check and checked my references, and everything was good. HR kept me in the loop the whole time, which was great. Onboarding was also smooth. Overall, a really good interview experience!
- How do you feel about working in a stressful environment?
Actuarial Graduate
I interviewed with an Executive, and the interviews were conducted online. Each interview lasted about 15 minutes. There was a personal interview followed by a technical interview. Before these interviews, there were some assessments to see if I was a good fit for the company.
- What motivated your decision to pursue Actuarial Science?
Actuarial Analyst
The interview process was really fast. I took some assessments, had one interview, and then got an offer pretty quickly. It was different from what I usually see with other companies that have lots of interviews and take forever.
- Can you introduce yourself and talk about your technical background?
