The interview process was quite thorough, more so than what you usually find with CDL employers. The background check can be a bit of a hassle due to the level of detail they require. However, they do provide a top-notch service in the market, which is why they can't hire just anyone who applies.

It was a standard one-on-one interview, and it went really well. They asked the usual questions, like 'Tell me about a time...'. After the interview, there was a driving test, and then I got a contingent job offer. The drug and physical screening happened super fast. The background check and job verification took pretty much a whole month, which was long. Maybe it took that long because my work history is a bit complicated with more than one job over the last 10 years, but I've heard it takes a while for others too.

It was really hard to get a response; they never called me back. It seems like a scam because they don't hire new people; they only promote from within. But, they do put extra workload on existing employees and present themselves as a growing company, which is not true. They only care about the current staff, while other LTL companies are having hiring fairs. OD is not moving forward; they spend more on advertising than on contributing to the economy.
