The interview process was quite lengthy and lacked clarity. I successfully completed all the necessary interviews, both practical and theoretical. However, they later introduced a requirement for a college degree, which was not initially stated in the job description. This felt like a waste of my time, and I believe they should be more considerate of developers' time.

They called me to know about my experience. Then they gave me 3 questions about Java in a Google Forms. I disliked the process because 3 questions are not enough to test your skills, and because the specific questions were bad, you know, ask bad questions get bad answers.
