The interview with the client company, which was a large organization, went really well. The company interviewer checked my understanding of their primary programming language and how I could contribute to scaling their applications.

Behavioral Technical

You will have 3 interviews in total. First, two interviews with HR. Then, if everything goes well, you will complete two tests. After that, the last interview will be with a senior from the area you are applying for. Finally, you will receive an offer. It is possible that you have to wait a while before you are assigned to a project. My experience was good in general, the whole process took 1 month.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a recruiter call, followed by a manager chat, then a panel interview, and finally a presentation. The whole thing wrapped up in about two weeks. The recruiter was helpful and answered questions throughout. Having knowledge of the industry and good presentation skills are definitely pluses.

They called me to know about my experience. Then they gave me 3 questions about Java in a Google Forms. I disliked the process because 3 questions are not enough to test your skills, and because the specific questions were bad, you know, ask bad questions get bad answers.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Tell me about Java access modifiers.
  • Which class in Spring Security is used for configuring database authentication?
  • Regarding ServletException, what is this bizarre question with nonsensical options?
