First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Okland Construction.
Project Engineer
The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a phone screen, then an in-person interview with the project manager and a project engineer. The final round was with a director. They asked common interview questions, but also some that were specific to the job I applied for. The whole thing took about 6 weeks.
- What makes you seek a new job opportunity?
Project Engineer
I had an initial chat with HR, and then flew out to Salt Lake for an interview with the VP a month later. It wasn't overly tough, but they really dug into things. The ASC competition was how I got the interview and internship in the first place. They're not pushy, just want to find dedicated people.
- Are there any locations you'd prefer not to be assigned to?
Project Engineer
The people interviewing were helpful but not overly positive about the position. They seemed to not think highly of those who were going to become a part of their company through this role.
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
