Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had an initial interview with about 6 people from the RHE which lasted about 15mins. 2 weeks later, I had an email requesting a social media inbox activity which was followed by 3 interviews. One interview by the previous team, another with about 10 people from the various regional offices. (It appears questions were compiled and the Dean did most of the questioning) the final one was more conversational and was held with the direct supervisor of the position. This was in the COVID period and these interviews were online.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Why are you a strong candidate for this position?
  • What are your thoughts on social media marketing?
  • Given that this role requires reaching out to a predominantly rural audience, what strategies would you employ for communication?
