Client Success Manager
The interview process was tedious and way too drawn out, with 5 stages for a role that isn't even senior level, which is ridiculous. HR is not at all organised and slow to reply, and sadly lacks professionalism and integrity when managing the candidate process. They are an established business but the way they handle their candidates is far too chaotic and they have poor foresight when it comes to assessing their budget for hiring. This role, while I was advised was important, went through several changes over time, some of which weren't communicated properly. I had to follow up several times to get an answer and they also lack transparency, which is key for giving a positive impression to people who want to work there. It's ironic that they consistently advertise this role for the last 3 years and it always ends up becoming an internship? No one has even bothered to flag this, but unfortunately this is a very valid warning, DO NOT APPLY HERE, it's messy, convoluted and unstable. I felt like going through this process initially started great but then felt like I was having a really long and painful tooth extraction.

Data Analyst
After you submit your application, you'll go through a straightforward process. First, a quick chat with Talent Acquisition HR to go over the basics. Then, you'll have an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a technical test. Finally, there's a culture fit / stakeholder interview. Talent Acquisition HR will be your go-to for any updates.
- Can you share an instance where you converted data to fulfill stakeholder business requirements? What obstacles did you encounter?
Manager
I had an initial call with the Talent Team. Scheduling was smooth. The questions asked were often unclearly phrased, leading to misunderstandings, and I didn't always understand them well due to poor connection. Overall, the conversation unfortunately left an unpleasant feeling. I was told they would get back with feedback in the coming days, but they didn't. Even after asking, I received no response. This way of handling candidates is disappointing and seems unprofessional to me.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
Adops Manager
I interviewed for the AdOps manager role in Barcelona. The first interview was with HR and the second with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager had trouble with English and didn't understand me, asking a lot of personal questions instead. I never got any feedback or even an email back, which was pretty disrespectful.
