The interview process was decent and was set up promptly. It involved a panel interview with five Partners asking questions simultaneously. Although some questions were tricky, overall it was a decent questioning experience. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up. The interview was clearly designed to assess how you think and respond to challenging questions.

It was a great experience interviewing with multiple shareholders and associates. I enjoyed hearing about their experiences and discussing my own expectations and past legal work. It's really helpful and shows you're serious about this specific firm if you know why you want to work here, whether it's because of their reputation or practice area.
