The associates I spoke with were funny, witty, and receptive to hearing about my personal experiences. It felt more like a casual chat than a structured interview with a predetermined set of questions. I left with the impression that I'd had a pleasant conversation with peers.

It was a pretty chill interview. I talked about my background, asked why I wanted to go to law school, and then a couple of hypotheticals came up. I met with two people from the firm, and they were both super nice. It wasn't a scary interview at all.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you tell me why you decided to pursue a career in law?

I applied through my school's OCI. The first interview was on campus and was about 20 minutes with 2 associates. They followed up with me that same week for a call-back interview. The call-back interview was at their office, and I met groups of 2-4 attorneys. After the second interview, I was told they would follow up with a decision in 2 weeks. Overall, it was a good experience and nothing out of the norm.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Could you explain your interest in practicing labor and employment law?
